Orders to the stand from eMessukeskus
Stand fee includes only the space of the booth and one power plug. Carpet, walls, furnitures and other possible stand equipment you have to rent/buy separately. eMessukeskus is an online service for ordering products and services to your stand. When Messukeskus has received the exhibitors’ contact information from the organizer (us), an account will automatically be created for the exhibitors on eMessukeskus. Your user ID will be your email address. Using the service without credentials: You are free to look around eMessukeskus, the event calendar, stand solutions, services and prices without a user ID and password: eMessukeskus
Price increases for orders to the stands
From 2nd February 2024: Orders and alterations will be subject to a 20 % surcharge.
From 22nd February 2024: Orders and alterations will be subject to a 50 % surcharge.
From 6th March 2024: Orders and alterations will be subject to a 100 % surcharge.
Messukeskus has also stand solutions, which can be branded for your company. See more about Smart Exhibition standsand Nordic exhibition stands. Please note, that these ready-made stands does not include the price of the floor space nor registering fee.

Stand maintenance:
Stand maintenance can be done during both exhibition days 13–14 March at 7 am–9 am.

Exhibitor and construction passes
The exhibitor and constructor passes can be ordered via eMessukeskus. Exhibitor passes and constructor passes are digitally delivered passes. They can be sent earliest three weeks before the event. You can easily send exhibitor passes and constructor passes via eMessukeskus to you fair team members’ email address and also as an SMS to a smartphone.
Payment and cancelling conditions
Exhitor payment conditions:
- Registering fee of 650 euros is invoiced asap after stand reservation
- In Autumn 2023 is invoiced 50 % of the agreed stand fee.
- In January 2024 is invoiced the rest 50 % of the agreed stand fee.
If reservation is done in September 2023 or later, exhibitor is invoiced reg. fee of 650 eur and 50 % of stand fee at the same time. If reservation is done in January 2024 or later, the whole stand fee is invoiced at once.
Exhibitor may cancel the reservation with these conditions:
- Cancellation that is done until 13th Sep 2023 exhibitor is liable to pay only the registering fee of 650 eur.
- Cancellation that is done between 14th Sep–13th Dec 2023 exhibitor is liable to pay 650 eur reg. fee and 50 % of the agreed stand fee.
- Cancellation that is done after 14th Dec 2023 exhibitor is liable to pay 100 % of the agreed stand fee and reg. fee.
If the whole exhibition has to be cancelled because of restrictions by authorities (for example Covid-19), organizer will find new dates for the event. In that case exhibitor stands would remain as reserved.
Floorplan
You may see real-time exhibition floorplan here.
The organizer keep rights to adjust the booths to the floorplan the way that the exhibition will be a continuous entity. The organizer will consider the wishes and feedback from earlier fairs when doing the floorplan layout. If the booth needs to be moved from it´s original place, exhibitor will be informed.
Exhibitor page
Each exhibitor will have their own exhibitor page on www.sipp.fi.
Exhibitor page tells the visitor what your company is about and what your company will be showing at the booth. You can have a look how the exhibitor page looks like from here.
For the exhibitor page we need the information below:
1) presentation text about your company and what you will be showing at the exhibition
2) photos (also videos are ok)
3) info on the right side of the page:

We understand if your plans to your booth are not ready yet. For now, we can update the basic information of your company and later on more specific information about your booth when the plans are ready. The pictures makes the exhibitor page more interesting.

Marketing material for Exhibitors
We have done marketing material package about Sign, Print & Promotion fairs to exhibitors. You can find the materials here. The materials include fair logo, email signature, social media templates and banners. Please use the marketing material when telling your customers you will be at Sign, Print & Promotion fair.
Collect leads digitally with ContactMate
Exhibitors can order themselves a digital lead reading service called ContactMate eLead. Exhibitors can collect leads either with a rented e-reader or with own mobile phone by reading the QR code from visitors badge. There are several ContactMate Packages available.

Instructions for a safe event visit
Messukeskus was the first Nordic event house to receive COVID-19 certification in recognition of exemplary work for COVID-19 safety. Enhanced hygiene, spacious corridors and premises provide an excellent starting point for safe participation.

After Work and dinner at Platta
AFTER WORK WED March 13th in the exhibition hall 4.30–6.30 PM
On the first exhibition day on Wednesday there will be After Work event that is open for all the exhibitors and visitors. Exhibitors can for example invite customers to their booth to relax. You can also order catering services from Noho web shop. There will be live music (troubadour) also during the After Work.

AFTER WORK extention 6–9 PM @PADDINGTON PUB, Messukeskus
Paddington Pub is cozy english style pub inside Messukeskus next to our hall. Exhibitors and visitors can continue After Work at Paddington Pub and spend a nice evening. There will be also live music. Bring your team and customers all aboard.
DINNER AT RESTAURANT PLATTA, in Messukeskus hotel starting at 6 PM
If you plan to have a dinner after first exhibition day, restaurant Platta is good choice. Platta is located in Holiday Inn hotel which is part of Messukeskus. You can book a table for your team and customers starting from 6 PM. There will be special event menu. Questions and bookings can be sent to [email protected]

Parking
The Expo Car Park at Messukeskus is accessible to all and always open. It is located on the same side as the Northern Entrance, Ratapihantie 17, 00520 Helsinki.

Prices
Basic price of the exhibition booth consists of registering fee 650 eur and size of the booth.
When you have chosen the size of your booth, you just add registering fee of 650 €. That is the price of your booth. Reg. fee includes environmental service fee of fair center, wifi, one basic power plug and visibility in exhibition marketing materials and editorial visibility in Print&Media magazine and website.
Ready-made exhibition booth?
You may design and build your booth yourself or you can buy ready-made booth as service. The fair center (Messukeskus) has two different options: Nordic and Smart.
Smart booths from 899 €
Cost effective and stylish booth package which brings the best out of your brand.
Nordic booths from 2 653 €
Elegant Nordic style booth packages use responsible materials.
