Strong synergy. At the same time with Sign, Print & Promotion exhibition in the same halls 6 and 7 will be organised Pactec exhibition for packaging industry and Gastro trade fair for the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. There will be lots of decision makers under the same roof.

Opening hours: May 18–19, 2022 at 9 am–5 pm.
After Work: May 18th at 4.30 pm–6.30 pm., dinner at restaurant Platta from 6.30pm->

Orders to the stand from eMessukeskus

Stand fee includes only the space of the booth. Electricity, carpet, furnitures and other possible stand equipment you have to rent/buy separately. eMessukeskus is an online service for ordering products and services to your stand. When Messukeskus has received the exhibitors’ contact information from the organizer (us), an account will automatically be created for the exhibitors on eMessukeskus. Your user ID will be your email address. Using the service without credentials: You are free to look around eMessukeskus, the event calendar, stand solutions, services and prices without a user ID and password: eMessukeskus

Price increases for orders to the stands

From 8th April 2022: Orders and alterations will be subject to a 20 % surcharge.
From 28th April 2022: Orders and alterations will be subject to a 50 % surcharge.
From 11th May 2022: Orders and alterations will be subject to a 100 % surcharge.

Stand maintenance:
Stand maintenance can be done during both exhibition days 18–19 May at 7 am–9 am by using the service door 6.6.

Payment and cancelling conditions

Exhitor payment conditions:

  • Registering fee of 600 euros is invoiced asap after stand reservation
  • In October 2021 is invoiced 50 % of the agreed stand fee.
  • In March 2022 is invoiced the rest 50 % of the agreed stand fee.

If reservation is done in August 2021 or later, exhibitor is invoiced reg. fee of 600 eur and 50 % of stand fee at the same time. If reservation is done in March 2022 or later, the whole stand fee is invoiced at once.

Exhibitor may cancel the reservation with these conditions:

  • Cancellation that is done until 15th Dec 2021 exhibitor is liable to pay only the registering fee of 600 eur.
  • Cancellation that is done between 16th Dec–15th Feb 2022 exhibitor is liable to pay 600 eur reg. fee and 50 % of the agreed stand fee.
  • Cancellation that is done after 15th Feb 2022 exhibitor is liable to pay 100 % of the agreed stand fee and reg. fee.

If the whole exhibition has to be cancelled because of restrictions by authorities (for example Covid-19), organizer will find new dates for the event. In that case exhibitor stands would remain as reserved.

The organizer keep rights to adjust the booths to the floorplan the way that the exhibition will be a continuous entity. The organizer will consider the wishes and feedback from earlier fairs when doing the floorplan layout. If the booth needs to be moved from it´s original place, exhibitor will be informed.

The registration is open and it is free for visitors. At the same time you can register yourself as a visitor to Sign, Print & Promotion and PacTec/FoodTec/PlastExpo fairs. Register here.

Marketing material for Exhibitors

Exhibitor and construction passes

The exhibitor and constructor passes can be ordered via eMessukeskus. Exhibitor passes and constructor passes are digitally delivered passes. They can be sent earliest three weeks before the event. You can easily send exhibitor passes and constructor passes via eMessukeskus to you fair team members’ email address and also as an SMS to a smartphone.

Collect leads digitally with ContactMate

Exhibitors can order themselves a digital lead reading service called ContactMate eLead. Exhibitors can collect leads either with a rented e-reader or with own mobile phone by reading the QR code from visitors badge. There are several ContactMate Packages available. You can order the ContactMate eLead service from eMessukeskus. ContactMate will have a presentation at Sign, Print & Promotion exhibitor info on (date will be updated later). There you can ask more about the service.

Instructions for a safe event visit

Messukeskus was the first Nordic event house to receive COVID-19 certification in recognition of exemplary work for COVID-19 safety. Enhanced hygiene, spacious corridors and premises provide an excellent starting point for safe participation.

Catering services

Compass Group is in charge of catering services at Messukeskus. Please order the event catering services latest one week before the event. Pre-ordered products will be delivered to your stand on a daily basis prior to the opening of the event, or at another scheduled time.

Eating

There are several delicious restaurants at Messukeskus, where you can have a nice lunch (buffet or ala carte).

Parking

The Expo Car Park at Messukeskus is accessible to all and always open. It is located on the same side as the Northern Entrance, Ratapihantie 17, 00520 Helsinki.

Parking for exhibitors and builders

After Work and dinner at Platta 18th May

Sign, Print & Promotion arranges together with Pactec, Foodtec, PlastExpo Nordic Fair a common After Work event at the first exhibition day 18th May beginning from 4.30pm and ending at 6.30pm. After Work, that is arranged in the exhibition hall, offers a more relaxed athmosphere with music. The exhibitors can invite visitors to their booths and serve some snacks and drinks.

The services at the stands should be ordered not later than one week prior to the fair.

There will be also a bar open durinf After Work next to Docus booth (under Balcony Cafe).

Bring your customers for a delicious dinner to restaurant Platta

After the After Work exhibitors can bring their customers for a delicious dinner to Platta restaurant next to Messukeskus. The buffé dinner will be served from 6.30pm. Reserve your table in advance from Compass Group [email protected] or +358 40 450 3252 and tell that you are exhibitor for Sign, Print & Promotion exhibition.

Prices

Basic price of the exhibition booth consists of registering fee 600 eur and size of the booth.

When you have chosen the size of your booth, you just add registering fee of 600 €. That is the price of your booth. Reg. fee includes environmental service fee of fair center, wifi and visibility in exhibition marketing materials and editorial visibility in Print&Media magazine and website.

Ready-made exhibition booth?

You may design and build your booth yourself or you can buy ready-made booth as service. The fair center (Messukeskus) has two different options: Nordic and Smart.
